Google News spiders sometimes go out of track and index elements that are not connected to the actual news story. Here are two examples:
1. Google News picked up Ads by Google as the news headlines though this text was only part of the sponsored links section on a premium adsense publisher website. (moneycontrol.com)
2. Google News is now indexing CAPTCHA images from the Malaysia Sun website thinking they are news related pictures. Long Zheng made this funny discovery saying "Rest assured knowing that GoogleBots are not human."
