Cinema halls have now equipped themselves with metal detectors to catch people from carrying video recording cameras inside. They also use night vision goggles to catch movie goers secretly filming movies in the picture halls.
Infact, two very interesting cases of movie piracy surfaced on the web today. In one case, a woman was caught recording a movie trailer – which just happened to be an anti-piracy message – ahead of the screening of the smash hit animated film Cars.
The second case involves a film critic who is charged with filming pre-release movies with camcorders in Movie theaters and then selling them to warez sites on the internet.
