Their services ain't cheap though. Geek Squad charges $159 for installing Microsoft Office and $129 for an anti-virus installation. (Software cost is extra and these are just the service charges). A plain vanilla Windows XP installation will set you back by a whooping $249.
Despite the high price tag, some GS customers aren't happy.
