Microsoft China is searching for a candidate that can help them compete with the challenges faced by Google. The job title is rightly called "Google Compete Lead".According to the Job Description at Microsoft Careers website, the role of Google Compete Lead will be to manage incentives and contests to drive results in the Microsoft field to win vs. Google.
The person will be also be responsible for analyzing Google's local/regional activities and presence, develop effective local/regional strategies to address competitive threats from Google as well as Microsoft opportunities.
